The Producer’s AI Compliance Checklist
The compliance and documentation a production should have in place whenever AI is part of the work, across film, television and commercial production.
If AI was used on a production, a producer should be able to answer four questions: which AI tools were used, what content they affected, who approved their use, and where the record is. This checklist works through the legal, copyright, tool-governance and production-oversight questions that follow, and turns the gaps into a to-do list.
