How it works
One production, one record — in four steps.
Set up a production, bring in the whole crew, send a survey shaped to fit, and get back a structured record you can hand to anyone who asks.
It’s built to take minutes, not meetings — a production goes up in under a minute, and each person answers only what’s relevant to them in a few more.

Create a production.
Set it up in under a minute — give it a title, pick the format, and add the basics. Everything that follows, including the survey, is shaped by this one record.

Add the whole production.
Add people one by one, or import the entire crew at once — editors, VFX, sound, writers, everyone. You can send the survey to anyone, but we recommend everyone: AI turns up in places you wouldn't expect, so surveying the whole production is the surest way to a complete record. Surveying everyone stays a light touch — each person spends only a few minutes.

Send a survey that fits the production.
There's no one-size form. Each survey is shaped by how you set the production up — who you're reporting to, whether there are commercial partners, how AI-heavy it's expected to be. People answer only what's relevant, in minutes, in plain language, with no regulatory background needed.

Survey design
More than a form.
The surveys aren’t off-the-shelf. We design them around your production and your reporting needs — adding the questions that matter, matching a commissioner’s format, and structuring everything so the data holds up and nothing important is lost. Need something new captured? Request it, and we build it in.

The record comes out.
Every response comes together into one structured production record — which you export as broadcaster forms, spreadsheets, PDFs, or machine-readable data, for whoever needs it.
As the responses come together, every reported use is automatically sorted into one of three tiers — Tier 1 · not in final Tier 2 · AI-assisted Tier 3 · AI-generated — so the uses that carry the most weight are flagged in the record without anyone judging them by hand.

Why a structured export matters
Partners increasingly want a record a system can read, not just a PDF a person reads. A structured export drops into a broadcaster’s, archive’s or funder’s own database without bespoke translation, because the schema does the work. It is also the direction disclosure is heading: legible to machines, not only to people.
